I agree that is a great story. I think very often we don't realize that we marry our students, for a period of time. We become apart of not just their educational career, but we become a part of all aspects of their lives in many ways. I feel this is so because students lives affect their learning in many ways. As much as we take our selves as teachers seriously, we need to take in to consideration all things about our students. I am glad you did the wrong readings because I really enjoyed chapter six and glad I get to speak more about it!
