Thank you so much for sharing so much from your heart. I can't speak to your district's plan. I think it comes down to what you are doing right now with this video, real interaction on a connected human level. That was my "leadership" thoughts, I would love for you to be more involved either in presentation mode or just being part of a SIG (special interest group). In the end you would benefit from being exposed to other educators who want more from their efforts than some mechanical rating by their district and they would benefit from hearing what you have to offer and beginning a dialog that may change the atmosphere of education. Imagine how powerful it would be if we were able to communicate with other educators on the level you have just shared with me? It's not even about the data you have to share, it's about the spirit of doing better. :-) I'm inspired.
